MULCH: Guidelines for Using Mulches and Weed Barriers 

  • Green Landscape Supply - serves metro Atlanta; ask specifically for these mulches: natural hardwood, red oak, and/or cypress (these are safe to use in certified organic operations) 

  • Direct Mulch – serves south Georgia; only delivers 75 - 100 yard loads; double check that the type of mulch you’re interested in has not ever been sprayed
