  • In 2023, the Georgia Certified Organic Network (GCON) was launched to provide a platform for Certified Organic growers in Georgia to connect with each other through virtual and in-person events. These events serve to provide a space for Organic growers to engage in discussions to collectively define challenges, share best practices, and identify needed resources.

Georgia Organics hosts virtual workshops and farmer field days and provides marketing materials to promote the USDA Certified Organic brand to Organic growers’ customers. GCON was formed specifically with current Certified Organic growers in mind, as we recognize the unique set of challenges Certified Organic growers face in order to stay in compliance with the NOP standards, market the Organic brand to customers, and go through the annual recertification process.
